These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Holder, a crypto market intelligence and analytics application operated by ZY Horizon Trading LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
By using Holder, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Service Description
Holder provides analytics about public wallet activity, market events, address behavior, and aggregated Smart Money Bias metrics. Holder is designed to help users observe market behavior, understand public address activity, and organize related market information.
2. Informational Use
All information provided in Holder is for general informational and analytical purposes. Nothing in the app is financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, or other professional advice.
You are solely responsible for your own decisions. You should not rely on Holder as the sole basis for any financial or investment decision.
3. Public and Third-Party Data
Holder may display or analyze public blockchain data, public wallet activity, market data, and other third-party data sources. We do not guarantee that any data is complete, accurate, current, or error-free.
Market and blockchain data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or affected by third-party systems.
4. Eligibility
Holder is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement and are legally permitted to use the app in your jurisdiction.
5. User Accounts
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZY Horizon Trading LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, assets, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of Holder.
11. Changes to the Service
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Holder at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Holder after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Holder if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, or if required by law.
13. Apple App Store
If you downloaded Holder from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's applicable terms, including the Apple Media Services Terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
